  News to July / 2003

*  Tualatin kennel Club - Monday July 14. "Pudge" Ch Goldbars Lump Of Gold went Best of breed and Group One. Under Judge Anne T. Fleming. Breeder/Owner/Handled.

Northwest Bullmastiff Club Regional Specialty. Loonie (RoxEdge Goldbars A Merger) won Best in Sweepstakes under Kara Gonzales as well as Winner Bitch and Award of Merit under Helene Nietch.

  News to April / 2003

 
* Lou Lou will be bred to Ch RoxEdge's High Fly'N Norton this fall/winter (2003)!

* April 12 Terry-All Kennel Club - Lou Lou finished her Championship. 

* April 13 Terry-All Kennel Club - Kaydee took Winners Bitch & BOS and Pudge took BOB. Kaydee needs 3 point major to finish.

* Saturday March 29 at the Scottsbluff Kennel club 'Angus' Ch Goldbars Simply Irrisistabull finished his Championship. He is owned by Minique Biggs, Monument CO. Angus is a Lumpy / Mica puppy, and the 9th to finish out of his litter. Angus was originally sold as a pet, however, his family enjoyed the shows so much we changed his registration and Moniques son Arron (at 11yrs old) started showing Angus. Arron put all but his last 3 points on him. Thank you Colton and Heather for taking him and finishing him. Thanks Monique and Arron for doing so much with Angus, their next plan is to start tracking with him, good luck. Also Sat Lou Lou, Goldbars Madam Lou Bunch, took winners bitch, and 'Pudge' Ch Goldbars Lump of Gold took BOB. On Sunday Lou Lou took winners bitch again.

* At the Southwest Specialty Friday the 21st of March, in Fort Worth TX.

Loonie picked up Winners Bitch and BOS. Our new kid 'Taos' Glenwood's Enchanted Goldbars (bred by Molly Eichhorn out of Ch Glenwoods Gordon Thomas and Ch Goldbars Claire T at Glenwood) took Reserve Winners Bitch and Best Puppy.  She was 8 months old. Sunday the 23rd at the Fort Worth Kennel club, Goldbars Kan Kan Dancer 'Kaydee', took Winner Bitch for her first major.

  News to August 28 / 2002

* The past several weeks have been quite exciting at Goldbars. On  August 9th and 10th we exhibited dogs at the Buckhorn Kennel Club Show in Ft. Collins, Colorado. On Saturday Pudge (Ch. Goldbars Lump of Gold) picked up his forth-major going Winners Dog and Best of Winners. He also picked up a Group 3 in the Bred by Exhibitor Exhibition. Pudge had Sunday off. On Sunday Matty (Goldbars Lexar Ace in the Hole) picked up her second major under Judge Patricia Gellerman.  Dore (Ch. Leathernecks Lady Dore’) was awarded a Group 4 by Judge Patricia Gellerman in the Veterans Exhibition.

* The following weekend we exhibited our dogs at the Greeley Kennel Club Show in Greeley, Colorado plus we carried with us twelve puppies for evaluation and for all their new owners to come and observe. On Saturday Pudge (Ch. Goldbars Lump of Gold) picked up his fifth major and his AKC Championship under Judge Roger Hartinger going Winners Dog and Best of Winners. We exhibited for the first time Naya (Goldbars Free Spirit Sunrise ) and she went Winners Bitch and Best of Opposite Sex for her first two points. The next show that we will attend will be in Cheyenne, Wyoming and we will post those results as soon as possible.
